This two bedroom non-smoking cabin is for rent by the week or a 4-night minimum. Westward view overlooking a
20' x 40' solar heated swimming pool with Shuswap Lake in the background. The cabin is private, self-contained
and next-door to the main house, on 5 acres with nature trails. Downtown Salmon Arm is a short 7-minute
drive from the cabin. With a population of 17,500, it's the professional hub of the Shuswap. The town
has a great blend of unique small shops, franchised businesses, numerous restaurants, pubs, water slide,
sports fields, summer theatre, golfing, boating facilities and a multiplex movie theatre. The closest
beach is only a 5-minute drive away.
The cabin comes equipped with a TV/DVD player. You have full use of the swimming pool, sauna and BBQ. The unit has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds, one is a trundle bed (1 single bed with another pull-out single bed), great for kids. The cabin will accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is equipped with a small microwave, toaster oven, 3 burner stove top, coffee maker, matching cutlery/glasses/dishes, cookware and a small bar type refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower stall, toilet, basin and matching towels. All bed linen and pool towels are supplied. There is an outside fireplace beside the cabin and also a separate fire pit. All wood is supplied –burning is based on the local fire report.
